About this trip...
Discover Corfu with our most popular holiday type, designed for both first-time and returning solo guests. Our "Solos Exclusives" trips are small by design and high in demand—and Aronda House is reserved entirely for our guests. This means small groups, a welcoming Tour Leader, and the total freedom to do your own thing alongside others who share your spirit of adventure.
Experience the authentic Greek way of life at Aronda House—a simple, no‑frills, family‑run property where the Korakianitis family’s warm hospitality and the area’s quaint charm create the perfect setting for a truly relaxing escape. Nestled in the resort of Dassia, one of the most popular spots on the island’s east coast, this welcoming retreat is, as always, exclusive to Solos guests. Just a short stroll takes you to the Blue Flag‑awarded Dassia Beach, where water sports await adventurous travellers, and waterfront tavernas and bars offer a laid‑back atmosphere by the sea. Is a Solos Exclusive right for you?
Our Solos Exclusives trips are our most popular holiday style—small by design and reserved entirely for our guests. You won’t be "one of the only" solo travellers in a big resort; you’ll be part of a small group of 100% solo travellers in a property that is exclusively ours.
Who this type of trip is for:
- The First-Timer: Perfect if you’re looking to dip your toe into the world of group travel without the "what-ifs." This trip offers the ultimate safety net: we handle all the logistics, from flights—including the option to fly from regional airports when available—to transfers to our hotel, so you can simply focus on the experience. Our experienced Tour Leader is on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Be sure to check out our Newcomer’s Week options!
- The Social Soul: For those who want the buzz of a group but the privacy of their own room. You’ll find a warm, easygoing atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to swap stories over dinner at local tavernas, all while enjoying the comfort of a private room with no single supplement.
- The Explorer: For travellers who want the freedom to choose between a quiet morning by the Ionian Sea, a boat trip to hidden emerald coves, or a wander through the Venetian alleys of Corfu Town. You have total flexibility—join every excursion or simply enjoy the peace of the beach. You don’t just have to lie around the pool (unless you want to!).
- The Authentic Traveller: Ideal if you prefer family-run, intimate hotels over large chains. Our hosts, the Korakianitis family, treat our groups like their own, offering a level of hospitality and undivided attention you only get in a property exclusive to Solos.

The Location: Corfu, Greece
Away from the beach and swimming pool, Corfu has so much to offer. Corfu Town lies in a stunning setting on the Ionian Sea. Take in a slice of history at the beautiful Palace of the Saints George & Michael, which housed the British government in the early 19th century. Or just wander through the maze of streets in the old town. In the green hills of the hinterland, we will find the traditional village of Kato Korakiana. Here you'll get a real feel for the Greek way of life. There is even the option to take a horseback ride through the endless olive groves. We will also find a branch of the National Gallery and a handful of genuine Corfiot tavernas and restaurants offering all types of cuisine, from gyros to gourmet.

Optional Excursions: Poolside Relaxation or Island Adventure
On a Solos Exclusive holiday, there is never a "set" schedule you have to follow. While our exclusive properties offer the perfect sanctuary for a lazy afternoon, you don’t just have to lie around the pool or on the beach. Whether you’re looking for a boost of adrenaline or a cultural deep-dive, our optional excursions allow you to be as active as you choose. Dive into the best of Corfu with your fellow travellers:
- Asteras Boat Tour: Sail along the prestigious northeast coastline to discover hidden sea caves. This guest favourite includes swimming in turquoise coves, a fabulous beach BBQ, and drinks throughout the day.
- Super Grand Island Tour: Take in the island's most iconic sights, from the famous Mouse Island and the breathtaking views at Bella Vista to the rugged beauty of North Corfu.
- Private Mini Island Tour: A curated introduction to the island’s hidden gems, perfect for getting your bearings with your new group.
- The Albania Cruise: Broaden your horizons with a day trip across the water to explore the fascinating history and coastline of nearby Albania.
- Sailing & Sea Breezes: Prefer the wind in your sails? Private sailing trips can be arranged locally—just speak with your Tour Leader to find the perfect vessel.

Wine & Dine Together
We all dine together with our included fantastic BBQ night. With a taverna in the garden overlooking the pool, Kiki and her family host the evening, preparing delicious food for everyone. The rest of the week, you'll have the option to head out to dine. There is a selection of restaurants only a short walk away or you can get to Corfu Town by taxi in 30 minutes.
