Your promise to us:


  • Respect for Team and Fellow Travellers: We expect all customers to act courteously and respectfully towards Solos team members and fellow travellers. Inappropriate or offensive language or behaviour, including harassment, bullying, racism, or discrimination, will not be tolerated and may result in denial of future bookings.
 
  • Respect for Destinations and Local Communities: Solos travellers are strongly encouraged to respect the environments and cultures we visit. This includes following local customs, refraining from disruptive behaviour, and minimising environmental impact. Please avoid actions that might harm or disrespect the environment, wildlife, or local traditions, such as littering, excessive noise, or engaging in activities that compromise local ecosystems.
 
  • Mindful Conduct While Travelling: While travelling with Solos, customers are expected to avoid any behaviour that could be disruptive or harmful to others. This includes refraining from bullying, offensive gestures, or isolating others within the group. Behaviour of this nature may result in immediate removal from the trip and denial of future bookings.
 
  • Community Safety: Travellers must consider the well-being and safety of their fellow travellers by refraining from smoking in prohibited areas, inviting non-Solos individuals to join the group without prior approval, and avoiding excessive alcohol consumption, which could compromise group safety and enjoyment.
 
  • Care for Property: All travellers are expected to respect personal and public property, avoiding any activity that could cause damage or destruction. Please report any accidental damage promptly to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
 
  • Respectful Social Media Engagement: Our social media channels are designed for open, friendly interaction within the Solos community. We ask that users maintain respectful, kind interactions, honouring each other’s privacy and refraining from hate speech, bullying, or divisive behaviour.
 

Environmental and Cultural Awareness


Solos Holidays aims to support the preservation of the beautiful destinations we visit. We ask that all customers:

  • Adhere to guidelines for sustainable tourism and minimise waste where possible, including reducing plastic use and disposing of waste responsibly.
 
  • Respect wildlife and natural habitats, keeping a respectful distance and avoiding interference with local flora and fauna.
 
  • Honour local cultures, customs, and traditions, showing understanding and appreciation for the people and communities we encounter.
