Join us for an unforgettable Ceroc dance break in Bournemouth. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, you'll enjoy expert-led workshops in a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. Ceroc draws on a wide variety of styles such as Jive, Ballroom, Latin, Tango, Salsa and more - blended into an easy-to-learn, impressive-looking style suitable for everyone. We stay at The Marsham Court Hotel in a great position overlooking Bournemouth Beach that boasts a beautiful ballroom. We’ll enjoy a programme of dance workshops and freestyle sessions throughout the weekend, with free time to explore the bustling seaside town of Bournemouth. We check-in to our hotel, enjoying a welcome drink this evening with other Solos guests before dinner in the hotel restaurant. After our meal, we'll enjoy a lively disco.

Day Two: Free Time & Ceroc Workshop

Day Two: Free Time & Ceroc Workshop

After a relaxed breakfast, we'll have time at leisure. Maybe wrap up warm for a stroll along the beach, explore the traditional Bournemouth pier, browse local shops and cafes, or simply unwind and make the most of the hotel's facilities. After lunch, we'll have our first workshop led by Ceroc host Brett Stewart. With a friendly and inclusive approach, our experienced instructor will make learning fun and accessible – even if you have two left feet! The evening ends with a lively freestyle session where you can let loose, dance with new friends, and enjoy a feel-good party atmosphere set to a mix of music.

This morning brings another lively and energaging workshop, where we’ll continue to practice the dance moves introduced yesterday - refining our technique and growing in confidence on the dance floor. The afternoon is at leisure, with free time to further explore the sights of Bournemouth. After dinner we'll enjoy another freestyle session, an opportunity to put our new skills into action!

Essential Information

Location & Transport
Our hotel is located in the East Cliff area of Bournemouth the perfect launching point for exploring the spectacular Dorset Coast of England. The hotel is minutes from all the towns facilities including Bournemouth Pier. Bournemouth coach and train stations are located only 10 minutes away from the Marsham Court. For those driving SATNAV directions use BH1 3AU and parking is available onsite.
Dress Code
The dress code for during the day is casual and we reccommend comfortable lightweight and breathable clothes and shoes that can slide across the floor. In the evenings the dress code is smart casual.
Gratuities
There is often confusion on the question of gratuities, since it frequently depends on the type of holiday, location and, of course, your attitude towards tipping, as to what is normally expected. In order to give you a rough idea, we have given appropriate guidance below. The Tour Leader will be on hand to offer advice or suggestions if required but gratuities are offered entirely at the sole discretion of the individual. We suggest a group collection at the beginning of your holiday to cover drivers, guides and hotel staff (including restaurant, kitchen and reception staff) of approximately £10. 
 
Your Tour Leader will collect this on your behalf and distribute it accordingly, thus relieving you of the burden of who, when and how much to tip. The tipping of bar staff and housekeeping will be left to your individual discretion (the rounding up of the drinks bill and a small amount left in your room on departure should cover this and would be much appreciated). As is customary, ‘the hat’ will be passed around for the driver and guide on all optional excursions. For any meals that are not included in your itinerary, restaurants expect a 10% gratuity (do check that service has not already been added to your bill). For taxis 10% of the metered fare.
Important Information
Ceroc Workshops will be held from 14:00 - 16:00 on Saturday and 10:00 - 12:00 on Sunday. Each evening will feature a DJ and dance session.
