What you will be doing...

Day One: Arrive in Tallinn
We arrive in Tallinn and are welcomed by our private coach transfer to our centrally located hotel. Tallinn, a UNESCO World Heritage city, is known for its medieval charm, cobbled streets, and lively café culture.
This evening, we come together for a welcome drink and dinner and get to know our fellow travellers.
- Dinner included

Day Two: Tallinn Old Town Discovery
Today, we enjoy a guided walking tour of Tallinn’s Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We explore Town Hall Square, the medieval heart of the city, and visit Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Tallinn’s iconic Orthodox landmark. As we wander the cobbled streets and historic city walls, we take in the red rooftops and panoramic views over the Baltic Sea.
The afternoon and evening are free for us to explore independently. We may choose to browse boutique shops, relax in cafés, or sample traditional Estonian cuisine at a local restaurant.
- Breakfast included

Day Three: Tallinn to Saaremaa Island via Muhu Island
After breakfast, we depart Tallinn and journey through Estonia’s scenic countryside, passing picturesque villages and forests. A short ferry crossing brings us to Muhu Island, celebrated for its colourful wooden farmhouses and traditional folk culture. We then continue to Saaremaa, Estonia’s largest and most characterful island, arriving in Kuressaare, the island’s charming capital.
Together, we explore Kuressaare Castle, one of Northern Europe’s best-preserved medieval fortresses, before strolling through the castle park and historic town centre, where wooden architecture, spa culture, and inviting streets lined with cafés and boutiques create a truly enchanting atmosphere.
- Breakfast & lunch included

Day Four: Saaremaa, nature & coastal beauty
Today, we discover the unique heritage and dramatic landscapes of Saaremaa. We begin at the Kaali Meteorite Crater, a mysterious natural site steeped in local legend. Our journey continues to Angla Windmill Hill and Heritage Village, where historic windmills and traditional architecture give us a glimpse into island life over the centuries.
In the afternoon, we head to the Sõrve Peninsula to admire sweeping views from the lighthouse, take in the wild Baltic coastline, and enjoy a gentle walk through the windswept landscapes. We return to Kuressaare for a relaxed evening, perhaps sharing stories from the day with our fellow travellers.
- Breakfast & lunch included

Day Five: Saaremaa to Pärnu, Soomaa National Park & Tallinn
After breakfast, we return to the mainland and continue to Pärnu, Estonia’s elegant summer capital. Here, we enjoy a short stroll along the beach promenade and take in the charming seaside atmosphere before continuing to Soomaa National Park, one of Europe’s most remarkable wetland regions.
We explore the park along wooden boardwalks that traverse raised bogs and, if we choose, try bog-shoe walking, an unusual and gentle way to experience the unique landscape. Along the way, we learn about Estonia’s “fifth season,” when seasonal floods transform the area. In the early evening, we return to Tallinn for our overnight stay.
- Breakfast & lunch included

Day Six: Lahemaa National Park & Manor Estates
We travel east to Lahemaa National Park, Estonia’s oldest and most diverse national park, known for its forests, lakes, and cultural heritage. We visit Jägala Waterfall, Estonia’s widest natural waterfall, before exploring Palmse Manor, an elegant 18th-century estate that reveals the lifestyle of the Baltic German nobility.
We enjoy lunch at historic Sagadi Manor and take a gentle walk through the Sagadi nature trail, surrounded by peaceful forest and lakes. In the afternoon, we return to Tallinn for our overnight stay.
- Breakfast & picnic lunch included

Day Seven: Tallinn at leisure & farewell dinner
Today is a full day to relax and explore at our own pace. We may choose to visit Kadriorg Palace and Park, a Baroque palace built by Peter the Great and now home to art museums, or the Seaplane Harbour Maritime Museum, with its historic ships and innovative exhibitions. Alternatively, we can wander through Tallinn’s creative districts, enjoy cafés, shop for local crafts, or indulge in a spa experience.
This evening, we come together for a Medieval-style farewell dinner.
- Breakfast & dinner included
