Mallorca - Santa Ponsa
Relaxed days & lively evenings
Our hotel is located opposite the beautiful Playa Santa Ponsa. Santa Ponsa is on the island’s west coast and strikes the right balance - a beautiful sandy bay lapped by clear warm Mediterranean waters with its equal measures of varied daytime activities and nearby refreshments. At night, if you decide to venture out from the hotel, you’ll find the nightlife is vibrant with live entertainment in Santa Ponsa’s main square most evenings.
Water sports & boat trips
If you choose to take a break from relaxing by the poolside there’s plenty to do if you head into Santa Ponsa and want to explore your surrounds. It boasts two fantastic beaches with shallow, clear waters. Water sports are also available and regular boat trips operate from the main beach and the Marina.
Picturesque Palma
Palma, the capital of Mallorca, is approximately 20km away, dominated by La Seu, its buttressed cathedral surrounded by a lovely warren of alleyways, squares and traffic-free ramblas. Why not grab a coffee and watch the world go by on Passeig des Born - a wide tree-lined avenue.

Reverence Life Hotel Four-star
The Reverence Life Hotel is a fully renovated establishment for adults-only, located opposite a magnificent sandy beach. You will be able to enjoy its beautiful terraces and gardens while sitting by one of the many pools. The Reverence Life Hotel is a complex comprising of four buildings (the Life, Sky, Sunrise and Sunset buildings), the majority of comfort rooms are located in the Sky complex over the road, yet you can use the facilities of all the other buildings. The Sky complex has a roof top bar and pool, the reception and restaurant for dinner are located in the Reverence Life.

Transfer time from Palma airport to the Reverence Life Hotel is approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

Optional or Pre-Bookable Excursions
You may wish to take an optional excursion during the course of your stay. Full details will be given at the Information Meeting. All tours should be paid for in euros. The exact amount will be given at your Information Meeting. Your Tour Leader will help arrange these for you but may not necessarily accompany you.
Gratuities
There is often confusion on the question of gratuities, since it frequently depends on the type of holiday, location and, of course, your attitude towards tipping, as to what is normally expected. In order to give you a rough idea, we have given appropriate guidance below. Your Tour Leader will be on hand to offer advice or suggestions if required but gratuities are offered entirely at the sole discretion of the individual. We suggest a group collection to cover drivers, porters and hotel staff of €15.00 per week.
Your Tour Leader will collect this on your behalf and distribute it accordingly, thus relieving you of the burden of who, when and how much to tip. The tipping of housekeeping will be left to your individual discretion (a small amount left in your room on departure should cover this and would be much appreciated). As is customary, ‘the hat’ will be passed around for the driver and guide on all optional excursions. For any meals that are not included in your itinerary, or taxi fares, your Tour Leader can advise of an appropriate add on.
Dress Code
Casual, cotton, lightweight daytime wear is the order of the day. Comfortable shoes are a must for sightseeing. Smart casual clothes will be ideal for the evening. Early and late season evenings can be cool so do ensure that you take a cardigan or jacket.
Passport & Visas
To enter mainland Spain or the Canary or Balearic Islands your passport must meet 2 requirements. It must be:
- less than 10 years old on the day you enter (check the ‘date of issue’)
- valid for at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date’)
Check both the issue date and the expiry date in your passport. If you renewed your passport early, extra months may have been added to its expiry date. This could affect the requirement for your passport to be less than 10 years old.
A visa is not required by holders of passports endorsed “British Citizen” for stays of upto 90 days in any 180-day period. Please note that stays in other EU countries counts towards this 90 day period.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct visa, a valid passport and any other travel documents for your holiday.
