Day Three: French Quarter, Mardi Gras World & Steamboat Jazz Cruise
After breakfast, we meet our guide at the hotel and begin our tour of New Orleans in its historic heart — the French Quarter — renowned for its vibrant nightlife and colourful buildings adorned with cast-iron balconies. We explore the ever-popular Bourbon Street, lined with jazz clubs, Cajun eateries and lively bars serving potent cocktails, before wandering through quieter lanes that lead to the French Market, brimming with gourmet food and local crafts. Our journey continues to Jackson Square, where street performers entertain before the soaring St. Louis Cathedral. The district is alive with character — from musicians and magicians to voodoo practitioners.

Day Four: Airboat Swamp Tour
Today, we embark on a thrilling airboat ride through the wetlands of Louisiana, where alligators and abundant wildlife await on this exciting adventure. Travel at speeds of up to 40 mph across the bayou before slowing down for unforgettable photo opportunities and fascinating insights from your local captain. These agile airboats venture deep into the marshlands where traditional boats cannot go. Once immersed in the wetlands, you’ll find yourself in prime position to spot the incredible wildlife of Sportsman’s Paradise. Spy alligators in the wild, along with raccoons, native birds, and large river rodents known as nutria, as your knowledgeable guide shares captivating commentary.
Cruise across bayous and open waterways surrounding the colourful, historic fishing village of Jean Lafitte, named after the 19th-century smuggler. Experience the rich natural landscapes that make New Orleans’ swamplands so unforgettable.
- Breakfast included

Day Five: Oak Alley Plantation
Today is devoted to experiencing the grandeur of New Orleans’ antebellum South on our Oak Alley Tour. As Oak Alley Plantation comes into view, we instantly understand why it’s one of the most photographed plantations in the world. Its quarter-mile avenue of 28 magnificent oak trees, each nearly 300 years old, creates an unforgettable and awe-inspiring welcome. We enjoy a guided tour of the “Big House,” one of America’s most iconic homes and a filming location for numerous television shows and movies.
- Breakfast & dinner included
