We start our morning with breakfast at the hotel, then join a 75-minute Kundalini Tantra Yoga session. This healing practice combines tantra techniques with pranayama (breathwork) to awaken and move Kundalini energy (the primal life force) upward, supporting deep restoration by helping to balance the spine as well as the glandular and endocrine systems, ultimately nurturing the whole body.

After the session, we continue with a central Ubud programme, visiting the sacred Monkey Forest, the historic Ubud Palace and the beautiful Saraswati Temple, before enjoying some free time to browse local crafts at the Ubud Art Market. The day concludes with a relaxing dinner in Ubud before returning to the hotel.

Day Four: Balinese Healing & Jatiluwih walk

After breakfast, we’ll be picked up at 8am for a spiritual journey into the heart of Bali. We begin with a visit to a traditional Balinese family compound, where we’re warmly welcomed and introduced to local customs, daily life and spiritual traditions passed down through generations. While enjoying light refreshments such as Balinese cakes, fresh fruit and young coconut (“Es Kuud”), the experience starts with a session of divination (“Tenung”). Using methods like palm reading or tarot, this practice explores areas such as health, relationships and career—offering insight into imbalances and guidance for healing and prevention.

The journey continues with traditional Balinese healing know as USADA, an ancient system rooted in local wisdowm and documented in palm-leaf manuscripts. This holisitic approach usues natural elements, mantras and ancestral knowledge to treat a wide range of physical and mental conditions. The experience concludes with "Melukat", a sacred purification ritual performed at a natural spring, believed to cleanse negative energies, restore emotional balance, and invite blessings.

After the healing experience, you’ll enjoy a Balinese fusion meal overlooking the rice fields. We then continue to the UNESCO-listed Jatiluwih rice terraces, where you can take in the sweeping views or enjoy an optional walk through the lush landscape, before returning to the hotel.

Essential Information

Gratuities
There is often confusion on the question of gratuities, since it frequently depends on the type of holiday, location and, of course, your attitude towards tipping, as to what is normally expected. To give you a rough idea, we have given appropriate guidance below. The Tour Leader will be on hand to offer advice or suggestions if required but gratuities are offered entirely at the sole discretion of the individual. We suggest a group collection at the beginning of your holiday to cover drivers, guides, porters and hotel staff of approximately 1,241,460IDR eqivalent to approximately 60 GBP. Your Tour Leader will collect this on your behalf and distribute it accordingly, thus relieving you of the burden of who, when and how much to tip.
Transfer Time
The transfer time for Denpasar Airport to Ubud is approximately 1hr 20 mins depending on traffic.

The transfer time from Sanur to Denpasar Airport is approximately 1hr deoending on taffic.
