Day One: Depart the UK

Day Two: Arrive in Bali
- Dinner included

Day Three: Morning yoga & Ubud cultural walk
We start our morning with breakfast at the hotel, then join a 75-minute Kundalini Tantra Yoga session. This healing practice combines tantra techniques with pranayama (breathwork) to awaken and move Kundalini energy (the primal life force) upward, supporting deep restoration by helping to balance the spine as well as the glandular and endocrine systems, ultimately nurturing the whole body.
After the session, we continue with a central Ubud programme, visiting the sacred Monkey Forest, the historic Ubud Palace and the beautiful Saraswati Temple, before enjoying some free time to browse local crafts at the Ubud Art Market. The day concludes with a relaxing dinner in Ubud before returning to the hotel.
- Breakfast & dinner included

Day Four: Balinese Healing & Jatiluwih walk
After breakfast, we’ll be picked up at 8am for a spiritual journey into the heart of Bali. We begin with a visit to a traditional Balinese family compound, where we’re warmly welcomed and introduced to local customs, daily life and spiritual traditions passed down through generations. While enjoying light refreshments such as Balinese cakes, fresh fruit and young coconut (“Es Kuud”), the experience starts with a session of divination (“Tenung”). Using methods like palm reading or tarot, this practice explores areas such as health, relationships and career—offering insight into imbalances and guidance for healing and prevention.
After the healing experience, you’ll enjoy a Balinese fusion meal overlooking the rice fields. We then continue to the UNESCO-listed Jatiluwih rice terraces, where you can take in the sweeping views or enjoy an optional walk through the lush landscape, before returning to the hotel.
- Breakfast & lunch included

Day Five: Day at leisure & spa treatment
Today is a day of leisure and an opportunity to enjoy the hotel facilities or join the complimentary activities available on the daily schedule. To complete the day’s relaxation experience, we enjoy an included 60-minute OMHAM Relaxation Therapy – a gentle massage technique designed to relieve tension and promote blood circulation. The session begins with sound healing to harmonise the energy within.
- Breakfast included

Day Six: Sacred Springs, Ancient Carvings & Lontar Heritage
After breakfast, we check out and head to Pura Mengening, a peaceful temple known for its sacred water and spiritual atmosphere. Here, we take part in a Melukat purification ritual—a traditional Balinese cleansing ceremony to refresh the body, mind and spirit. We then continue to Gunung Kawi Temple to explore its ancient rock-cut carvings and admire the stunning valley scenery.
Later, we visit a local Balinese home, where we’re introduced to the traditional art of lontar—palm-leaf manuscripts used to preserve stories, knowledge and sacred teachings passed down through generations. We finish the day with a delicious Balinese buffet lunch, featuring traditional dishes and local flavours—the perfect chance to relax and refuel. After this enriching experience, we continue to Gianyar and check in to our hotel for the next two nights.
- Breakfast & lunch included

Day Seven: Sacred blessing & jungle waterfall
After breakfast, we begin the day with a spiritual visit to Durga Kutri Temple, where we take part in a prayer session (sembahyang) led by a local priest—offering a peaceful moment of reflection and blessing. We then continue to Tegenungan Waterfall, one of Bali’s most picturesque natural spots. Nestled within lush tropical jungle, it’s celebrated for its beauty and tranquil atmosphere. You can choose to walk down for a closer look or simply take in the view from above, where the cascading water set against vibrant greenery creates a truly refreshing scene.
- Breakfast & lunch included

Day Eight: Gianyar to Sanur
Enjoy a relaxed morning at leisure at the hotel, taking in the peaceful countryside atmosphere at our own pace, before checking out and transferring to our hotel for four nights in Sanur. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, enjoying the calm seaside ambience.
- Breakfast included

Day Nine: Beach relaxation, Uluwatu Temple & Kecak Dance
After breakfast, enjoy a free morning to relax and soak up the beachside atmosphere. In the afternoon, we head to the southernmost tip of Bali to visit the iconic Uluwatu Temple, dramatically perched on a cliff above the Indian Ocean. Take in the breathtaking views and unique setting before experiencing a traditional Kecak Dance performance at sunset—a powerful cultural spectacle featuring up to a hundred male performers, with rhythmic chanting and dramatic storytelling set against this unforgettable backdrop.
- Breakfast included

Day Ten: Sanur royal heritage visit
After breakfast, we visit a Puri in Sanur—a traditional royal palace compound that once served as the centre of community, culture and ceremonial life in Bali. We explore Puri Griya Gede Keniten, home to the Sanur royal family, gaining insight into the area’s history, the role of the ruling family and daily life within a Balinese palace setting.
