“I didn't want to be sat here on my own at midnight. I thought - right I'm going to do it again! The older you get, you realise things can change so quickly, so why not get away at the drop of a hat.”

“It gives you so much confidence. After my divorce, even travelling on the train to the airport helped me. The first time I did it, I was so worried, but it makes you stronger. If you’re doing this for confidence, you’ll succeed.”
