"Another miserable cold day has got me thinking back to last summer where I visited my first Solos Exclusive, in the stunning island of Zakynthos! Staying at the Angela Studios in Alykanas, it has the perfect location for a Greek getaway.
The beautiful sandy beach is a few minutes’ walk away and the Mediterranean water is crystal clear, with amazing views to another Ionion island Kefalonia in the distance. Stunning! If you get up early enough, walk along to the harbour and you might spot some turtles!
The local resort Alykanas is also a couple minutes’ walk away with lots of tavernas, bars and shops. There is also the local bus stop where you can catch a bus to Zakynthos town which is definitely worth seeing. There are also plenty of excursions and places to visit, as well as boat trips to see the turtles and around other nearby islands.
