If you need support whilst on your holiday, your Tour Leader is your primary point of contact and will do their best to assist you. If you need further support, you can contact the office on 020 8951 2900 or email [email protected].
 
If the support required is airline related, please refer to your airline carrier when you’re at the airport, staying in touch with your Tour Leader on the WhatsApp group dedicated to your holiday.
 
If the Solos Team need to advise you of any important information that affects your holiday, including flight updates, this will be communicated via email, so it is important to ensure that Solos has your up-to-date contact information.
 
In resort, your Tour Leader will keep you updated with any travel advice, weather disruption or local conditions that may affect your holiday.
