Is an Italy ski trip good for beginners?

Yes, Italy it the ideal place for beginners. Ski school teachers speak good English and have great dedicated spaces for beginners. Once you’re ready to head up the mountain, the excellent snowmaking facilities and quieter slopes make Italy a great place to learn your turns.

What is the best month to go skiing in Italy?

Any time after the first week of January is typically great to ski in Italy. Once the school break finishes, the slopes are quieter, and with 100% snowmaking coverage, there’s no need to be concerned over the local conditions.

Is skiing in Italy expensive?

Italy is still more affordable than France, Switzerland, or Austria for a ski trip. As well as reduced costs for lift passes and equipment hire, local entertainment and food & drink is also typically slightly lower cost, compared to other well-known ski areas in Western Europe.
