Everything you need to know about flying with Solos

Planning your getaway should feel exciting, not stressful—that’s where we come in. While arrival and departure flights aren’t included in our trip prices, we’re here to make your travel as easy as possible. The rates you see on our website cover your accommodations, meals where indicated, internal flights and transfers and activities, and our friendly team is more than happy to help you book flights that fit your schedule.

Booking your flights with Solos

If you’d like us to arrange your flights, our friendly team will be more than happy to help. Simply give us a call at 1-888-259-4027, and we’ll take care of booking flights from the location that suits you best.

To secure the fare quoted, full payment for flights is taken at the time of booking. This will either be in addition to your trip deposit, or included in your full balance if you’re booking within 12 weeks of departure.

Booking your own flights

You’re welcome to book your own arrival and departure flights if that’s your preference—we want you to travel in the way that works best for you. Should a trip ever be cancelled due to low numbers, please note that we wouldn’t be able to refund independently booked flights.

Airline schedules are arranged well in advance and can occasionally change. Because of this, we may not always be able to confirm the exact airline or aircraft type for internal flights at the time of publication. If you choose to book your own arrival and departure flights, we kindly ask that you keep in mind we can’t take responsibility for additional costs that may result from schedule changes. Our friendly team is happy to provide all arrival and departure airport information to ensure an easy booking experience.

Airport transfers included

We include transfers on the majoriy of our trips. Please note this transfer may be on your own, with another Solos customer or as a shuttle with non-Solos customers. On occasion, it may be necessary to wait for other passengers before the transfer departs. If we have booked a direct flight for you that is not included in the package, you will have the choice, where possible, of joining the Solos group transfer or booking a separate transfer (at an additional cost). It is important to note that we are unable to accept responsibility for missed transfers due to flight delays or any other circumstances beyond our control, such as schedule changes. If these changes result in the need for you to have a separate transfer, these costs will be passed on to you.
