We advise you to use a light golf bag when packing your clubs. We suggest you wrap a towel round the neck of the clubs to protect them and stop them rattling around whilst in transit. It is also important to then place the bag and clubs in an outer carrying bag, which can be purchased from any good golf shop.

Clients will most probably find that their golf clubs are covered on their household insurance policy. Most policies cover a single item such as golf clubs for a period out of the country. However, clients should make very sure that they do have adequate cover for their equipment
Your passport must:
- be valid for the duration of your stay
- have one blank page
You can visit Mauritius without a visa for up to 60 days. When you arrive, a border official will stamp your passport to show the end-date for your permitted stay. You must be able to show proof of onward or return travel. You must fill in the Mauritius All in One travel form online before you arrive. Print out a copy of your completed form with a QR code on it. You’ll need to show the form to officials when you arrive at the airport. If you do not fill in the form before you arrive, you’ll be asked to fill in an immigration disembarkation card at the airport.
Shared carts are included for all scheduled rounds.
Club rental: $110 per round, payable on site (prices are approximate and subject to change).

World Handicap System (WHS )
Handicap Players Only - WHS Handicap 36 or lower Handicap Index number is required at the time of booking Please advise our reservations team. Alternatively you can add this to the special requirements box on our booking page. If you have a certificate please ensure you take it with you on the trip, this enables the Tour Leader to assess everyone’s ability, so that rounds and competitions can be organised fairly. Golf footwear / golf shoes with soft spikes are required and golf attire during the day. Light, comfortable clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, sundresses, and swimwear are suitable for beach activities. We suggest smart casual for the evenings. (From 7pm some restaurants require gents to wear collared shirts, trousers and closed footwear ) All other outlets including bars collared shirts, trousers or bermudas and closed footwear.
However, it's respectful to cover up when entering religious sites or local villages out of consideration for local customs and traditions.
We recommend that you check if vaccinations are required for your destination at the CDC’s recommendations for your visited destination(s). We also recommend you purchase travel protection. A travel protection plan can often assist with medical emergencies and reimburse costs that are covered by the plan. Please verify coverage details with Solos before you travel.
The hotel has the right to amend the All Inclusive options and timings. The hotels reserve the right to close one or more of their F&B outlets (without compensation) for renovation, bad weather conditions such as cyclone, occasional private functions or force majeure … In such a situation, guests will be invited to dine in another outlet within the Domaine.
