What you will be doing...

Day 1: Arrival at Kavala Airport & transfer to Thassos
We arrive at Kavala Airport, where our journey truly begins. From here, we’ll take a scenic transfer and short ferry ride across the Aegean to the beautiful island of Thassos.
We arrive at our hotel, take some time to settle in and soak up our surroundings. In the evening, we gather with our fellow solo travellers and Tour Leader for a welcome drink and information evening outlining the plan for the week ahead.
Then, we sit down to a delicious group dinner at the hotel, a perfect opportunity to connect with our fellow guests.

Day 2: Yoga & Free Time
We begin the day with a gentle morning yoga session with our experienced instructor (yoga mats will be provided). Afterwards, we enjoy a delicious breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, be it by the pool or the refreshing waters of the Aegean Sea.
As the sun sets, we come together for a group dinner and reflect on our day.

Day 3: Thassos Island Tour
After breakfast, we set out on a guided tour of Thassos, uncovering the rich history, culture, and natural beauty that makes this island so special. We explore the cobbled streets, traditional stone houses and timeless charm of Panagia Village. We then make our way to Limenas, the island’s lively capital, where ancient ruins and vibrant modern life sit side by side. Next, we journey to the awe-inspiring Monastery of Archangel Michael, perched high on a cliff with breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea. To round things off we enjoy a taste of Thassos’s renowned olive oil.

Day 4: Yoga & Free Time
We start the day with a relaxing yoga session, designed to gently energise your body and calm the mind against the background sounds of nature and the sea. Afterwards, we enjoy a delicious breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day at the hotel. We can unwind at the beach or make use of the spa facilities at the hotel.

Day 5: Day at Leisure
Today it’s time to fully unwind and relax at our hotel and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. It may be the perfect time to take advantage of the 1-hour massage included as part of our stay (pre-booking on arrival is recommended) and make use of the spa.
This evening, we come together to enjoy the beautiful sunset and a delicious dinner with our fellow travellers.

Day 6: Morning Yoga & Evening Meditation
We begin the day with an invigorating session of yoga, awakening the body and focussing the mind before refuelling with a delicious breakfast. We may wish to relax by the pool, take a walk along the beach or indulge ourselves at the hotel’s spa.
We come together in the early evening for a peaceful guided meditation session, a chance to turn inward and reflect, followed by dinner.

Day 7: Yoga & Free Time
Today we come together for our final yoga session. We can spend the rest of the day relaxing by the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea, revisit our favourite beach spots, or simply soak up the peace of island life.
This evening, we enjoy our final group dinner and reflect on our journey over the past week on the beautiful island of Thassos.

Day 8: Departure Day
Today we enjoy our final breakfast before heading to the airport for our flight home.

Kavala Airport to the port is approximately 15 minutes.
Ferry to Thassos is approximately 30 minutes.
Transfer from Limenas to the hotel is approximately 40 minutes.

For your yoga and meditation sessions, we would recommend that you bring lightweight, breathable clothing that keeps you cool and comfortable. Yoga mats will be provided.
Swimwear and a light cover up and shawl, to provide sun protection. Also, useful would be slip on sandals, a sun hat and sunglasses to stay protected.
