As a result, it has escaped the large-scale tourism development seen elsewhere along the Adriatic coast, preserving its natural beauty, traditional stone architecture, and relaxed Mediterranean charm.
Spend the afternoon exploring the picturesque town of Vis at your leisure. Stretching gracefully into the crystal-clear Adriatic, this ever-changing pebble spit is renowned for its unique shape and spectacular setting beneath the slopes of Vidova Gora, the highest peak among the Croatian islands. During our stop, you can enjoy time at leisure to wander through the charming waterfront town, relax with a coffee at a local café, browse the boutique shops, or take a refreshing swim in the turquoise waters.
Returning to the ship, lunch is served on board as we continue our journey towards Pučišća, enjoying refreshing swim stops along the way in some of the Adriatic's most beautiful bays.
Arriving in the afternoon, we discover Pučišća, the largest settlement on the island of Brač and widely regarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Croatia. Set around a dramatic natural harbour, the town's striking white limestone buildings rise from the waterfront, creating a breathtaking scene that reflects centuries of local craftsmanship and tradition. The spectacular setting, authentic Mediterranean architecture, and peaceful atmosphere make Pučišća a truly unforgettable destination.
The village is also renowned for its stonemasonry heritage and is home to Croatia's only School of Stonemasonry. Here, students continue the centuries-old tradition of carving the island's famous white limestone, a material used in notable buildings around the world. Their remarkable work provides a fascinating insight into one of Dalmatia's most enduring crafts.
This evening, we remain overnight in this tranquil and atmospheric harbour town. As dusk settles over the waterfront and the lights begin to shimmer across the bay, Pučišća takes on an entirely new charm. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings before gathering aboard for the Captain's Dinner, a special evening celebrating our voyage with delicious cuisine, good company, and memorable Adriatic hospitality.

As you explore its labyrinth of narrow streets and hidden courtyards, you'll discover the rich history and unique character that make Split one of the Adriatic's most captivating destinations.

There is often confusion on the question of gratuities, since it frequently depends on the type of holiday, location and, of course, your attitude towards tipping, as to what is normally expected. To give you a rough idea, we have given appropriate guidance below.
Your Tour Leader will be on hand to offer advice or suggestions if required but gratuities are offered entirely at the sole discretion of the individual. We suggest a group collection at the beginning of your holiday to cover drivers, guides, porters, and hotel staff of approximately €50 per person. Your Tour Leader will collect this on your behalf and distribute it accordingly, thus relieving you of the burden of who, when and how much to tip.
