Join us for a week of fantastic sociable Solos golf on the beautiful island of Mallorca. Playing on three different courses within easy reach of our hotel makes for a week of perfect golf. The Adults Only Reverence Life Hotel is well placed within the resort of Santa Ponsa, with its beach and sea front a "short chip" away, providing a fantastic location to enjoy the hotel and resort.

It appeals to all kinds of players thanks to the wide fairways and the tees where long hitters will enjoy themselves! Hole 10 is one of the longest Par 5s in Europe.

Everything - it was superbly run from start to finish as usual.

A great bunch of sociable people who all got on and supported each other. Enjoyable golf experience too. Company there if you want and the option to be alone too.

Great location

Hotel was in a great location, close to all amenities. Excellent staff. Golf courses were fantastic. Everything was superbly organised as usual by Nick Fletcher.

Wide choice of food

The golf courses we played, my room in the hotel. I stepped out of it and there was a swimming pool which I shared with 6 other rooms, the wide choice of good food.

Reverence Life Hotel

The Reverence Life Hotel is a fully renovated establishment for adults-only, located opposite a magnificent sandy beach. You will be able to enjoy its beautiful terraces and gardens while sitting by one of the many pools. The Reverence Life Hotel is a complex comprising of four buildings (the Life, Sky, Sunrise and Sunset buildings), with the majority of comfort rooms located in the Sky complex over the road.  You can use the facilities of all the buildings. The Sky complex has a rooftop bar and pool, with the reception and restaurant for dinner located in the Reverence Life.

The complex offers outdoor swimming pools with a relaxing sunbathing terrace, restaurants, bars, snack bar, spa area with sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool, indoor swimming pool, massage and beauty treatments (additional charges apply) and free wifi in public areas.

World Handicap System (WHS ) Handicap Players Only – WHS Handicap 38 or lower Handicap Index number is required at the time of booking Please advise our reservations team. Alternatively you can add this to the special requirements box on our booking page. If you have a certificate please ensure you take it with you on the trip, this enables the Tour Leader to assess everyone’s ability, so that rounds and competitions can be organised fairly. Gratuities
We suggest a Group Collection to cover transfer drivers, and hotel staff of €25.00 per person. Your Tour Leader will collect this on your behalf and distribute it accordingly, thus relieving you of the burden of who, when and how much to tip. The tipping of housekeeping will be left to your individual discretion (a small amount left in your room on departure should cover this and would be much appreciated). As is customary, ‘the hat’ will be passed around for the driver and guide on all optional excursions. For any meals that are not included in your itinerary, or taxi fares, your Tour Leader can advise of an appropriate amount.

Carriage of Clubs
We advise you to use a light golf bag when packing your clubs. We suggest you wrap a towel round the neck of the clubs to protect them and stop them rattling around whilst in transit. It is also important to then place the bag and clubs in an outer carrying bag, which can be purchased from any good golf shop.
Golf Club Insurance
Clients will most probably find that their golf clubs are covered on their household insurance policy. Most policies cover a single item such as golf clubs for a period out of the country. However, clients should make very sure that they do have cover and purchase the necessary insurance that includes cover for golf clubs and bag.
Buggy, Trolley & Club Hire
Most golf clubs have these items available for hire; however this is not always the case, so clients would be advised to check with us beforehand if they have any specific requirements. It is recommended to pre-book buggies and golf clubs at the time of booking to avoid disappointment. Hiring locally is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Golf Club Insurance
You will most probably find that your golf clubs are covered on your household insurance policy. Most policies cover a single item such as golf clubs for a period out of the country. However, you should make very sure that you do have sufficient cover and take out an additional policy if required.
Passports & Visas Spain
A full 10-year passport is required valid for at least the duration of your stay. Holders of passports with the inscription “British Citizen” or “European Union” do not require a visa.
 
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct visa, a valid passport and any other travel documents for your holiday. All information provided relates to British citizens who hold or are entitled to apply for a British passport.

If you are not a British citizen and do not hold a British passport, you must make your own enquiries as to the applicable requirements. 

From the 12th October 2025 the EU is introducing a new European Entry System (EES) that will be phased in and fully operational by the 10th April 2026. Non-EU nationals including British passport holders will now be required to complete biometric checks on arrival and exit to Schengen countries, which will include facial recognition and fingerprints. There is no cost for this, and no action needs to be taken prior to departure.
