What you'll be doing

Day One: Welcome to Athens
On arrival in Athens, we'll be met at the airport and transferred to our hotel. As most of the group will arrive around the same time, the afternoon is a great opportunity to get to know each other, perhaps over a coffee or while taking a leisurely stroll through the local neighborhood. It's a relaxed start to the trip, giving everyone time to settle in and begin making new friendships. This evening, we'll come together for our welcome dinner at a traditional Greek taverna. With authentic local dishes, live music and a warm atmosphere, it's the perfect way to begin our Athens adventure.
- Dinner included - Set menu (all dishes are served per four guests).

Day Two: Ancient Athens & Greek Traditions
This morning, we'll head to Syntagma Square to watch the famous Changing of the Guard ceremony, where the Evzones, Greece's Presidential Guard, perform this fascinating and colorful tradition outside the Greek Parliament. From here, we'll continue on our guided walking tour through the heart of Athens towards the magnificent Acropolis. Standing beneath the iconic Parthenon, we'll discover the stories behind one of the world's greatest ancient civilizations while enjoying spectacular views across the city.
The afternoon is ours to spend as we wish. Wander through the charming streets of Plaka, browse local shops, relax at a pavement café or continue exploring Athens with your fellow Solos travelers.
- Breakfast included

Day Three: Cape Sounion at Sunset
After a leisurely morning in Athens, we'll travel along the beautiful Athenian Riviera, enjoying coastal views as we make our way to Cape Sounion. Perched high above the Aegean Sea, the Temple of Poseidon is one of Greece's most dramatic archaeological sites. We'll have time to explore the ancient temple and take in the breathtaking scenery before settling down to watch the spectacular sunset over the sea—an unforgettable experience and the perfect finale to our final evening together.
- Breakfast included

Day Four: Departure day
After breakfast, we'll check out of our hotel and transfer to the airport for our journey home, returning home with wonderful memories of ancient history, beautiful scenery and the friendships made along the way.

Most countries require that your passport have at least six months validity when traveling internationally, and many require that you have one to two blank visa pages for either an entry stamp or visa. As a general rule, please check that your passport has six months validity beyond your planned trip, and if not, please renew your passport with plenty of time to provide Solos with your updated passport information by the final payment due date.
