Solos (aka Solos Holidays) is committed to protecting the privacy of our potential and existing customers. The Solos’ privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by us, including Peronsal Data collected or submitted through our website, emails, mobile applications or through our official social media pages or through other channels online and offline as described below. If you cannot or will not provide us with the personal information we reasonably require, we may be unable to provide you with the information, goods or services you have requested.
This policy covers how Solos (aka Solos Holidays) treats personal identifiable information that Solos collects and receives. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Solos does not own or control or to people that Solos does not employ. Solos may, from time to time, send you Email messages regarding our products and services, only if you have opted-in to receive such messages. Once you have opted-in to receive Email marketing messages from us, you may choose to opt-out of Email communications at any time. We ask for your preferences in order to send you the most customized and relevant trips and tour products. To respect the privacy of our users, you may choose not to receive commercial emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the commercial emails we send to you. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from commercial email messages, we may still email you regarding your account and your transactions.

Why does Solos collect information?

Solos does not sell or rent user information to anyone. Solos uses appropriate organizational, technical and administrative measures to keep the Personal Data under our control accurate and up to date, as well as to protect the personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and the accidental loss, destruction or damage of the personal data.
Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to specific exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verified request, we will delete your personal information from our records unless an exception applies, which may include but is not limited to 1) information needed to complete the transaction for which we collected the information, provide a good or service that you requested, perform our contract with you or 2) detect security incidents and protect against malicious, deceptive or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for those activities 3) enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us and 4) comply with legal obligations.

General Rules
All uses of the Solos name or any Solos mark must relate solely to Solos products and services. Users may only use signage, window displays, or point of purchase items employing the Solos’ name or any Solos mark (a) as provided by Solos, or (b) as approved in writing by Solos.
No one may copy any content appearing in any Solos website, brochure, or advertising without express written permission from Solos.
Internet Web Sites
No one may use the name Solos Holidays or any Solos Holidays mark (or anything confusingly similar) as part of an Internet domain name.
No one may display the Solos Holidays mark by itself on a web site without prior written approval.
